Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Glowcrest Lighting. Glowcrest Lighting is operated by GLOWCREST LIGHTING LLC, which is the legal seller responsible for accepting and processing eligible returns, exchanges and refunds.

Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after the order is shown as delivered. A request sent within that period is timely even if our support team responds on the next business day. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not limited by this voluntary return policy.

How to start a return or exchange

Before sending any item, email support@glowcrestlighting.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request and, where relevant, clear photographs of damage or an incorrect item. We will provide return instructions and, for an authorized return, a prepaid shipping label.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Our business shipping and return address is 1506 W Everly Brothers Boulevard, Central City, KY 42330, United States. This is also the company’s registered business address. A return is not complete until it is received at the address specified in our written return instructions.

Return shipping costs

For every return or exchange that we authorize under this policy, we pay the reasonable return shipping cost and provide the required prepaid label. Customers should not purchase postage independently unless we approve it in writing. We are not responsible for unauthorized postage or packages sent to a different address.

Eligible returns and condition of returned goods

We accept eligible returns for defective and non-defective products, including a change of mind, when the request is made within the return window. Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, it should be returned unused or only handled as reasonably necessary to inspect it, in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with included parts, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Excessive use, avoidable damage or missing parts may reduce a refund only where permitted by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair or refund, at no return cost to you. Nothing in this policy excludes any legal warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Items that may not be returnable

Where clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law, return rights may be limited for personalized or custom-made goods, opened sealed hygiene goods, perishable goods, digital products already supplied with required consent, gift cards and goods that cannot safely be resold for health or safety reasons. Defective or misdescribed goods remain subject to applicable legal rights.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, follow the return process above. We will confirm availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund. We pay the authorized return and replacement shipping costs.

Refund timing and method

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days after receipt of the return. Refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit; that processing time is outside our control.

Order cancellations

To request cancellation before shipment, email support@glowcrestlighting.com immediately. We will try to stop fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipped. If shipment cannot be stopped, use the return process after delivery.

Return support hours

Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Messages received outside those hours are treated as received on the next business day.

Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

GLOWCREST LIGHTING LLC, operating the Glowcrest Lighting store, is responsible for order fulfillment and shipping under this policy.

Delivery area

We currently accept and deliver orders only to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders. No minimum purchase is required. Any optional upgraded service, if offered, will be clearly priced before checkout.

Processing and delivery estimate

Our stated delivery estimate is 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The estimate begins when an order is accepted and confirmed. Orders placed or messages received outside support hours are handled on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays arise from severe weather, carrier disruption, incorrect address information or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

When available, we send a shipment confirmation containing the carrier and tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a reasonable solution.

Delays and unavailable items

We advertise shipping and delivery estimates only when we have a reasonable basis for them. If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, we will notify you promptly and offer a revised date. Where required, we will request your consent to the delay or provide cancellation and a prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement, a parcel appears lost or an order arrives damaged, contact support@glowcrestlighting.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. You will not be charged return shipping for an authorized damage claim.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website unlawfully; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malware; scrape or extract data without permission; impersonate another person; infringe rights; submit fraudulent orders; or use store content for unauthorized commercial purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or legal rights.

Product information and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and colors accurately. Displays vary by device, and minor differences may occur. We may correct errors and update information before accepting an order. Material product facts, price and applicable restrictions are shown on the product page or at checkout.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated as required and shown at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Orders and fraud prevention

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may conduct reasonable verification and may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, stock unavailability, delivery ineligibility or legal compliance. If we cancel after charging you, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, text, graphics, layout and original content are owned by or licensed to GLOWCREST LIGHTING LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or legally protected consumer rights.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or material breach of these terms. This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer use or limit rights that cannot be waived.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes apply after publication and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an accepted order. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security risk or legal necessity.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their state of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing requires arbitration, waives a right to bring an eligible claim in small claims court, or prevents either party from seeking lawful relief.

Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Seller identity

The seller for every order placed through Glowcrest Lighting is GLOWCREST LIGHTING LLC, Kentucky Organization Number 1647785, at 1506 W Everly Brothers Boulevard, Central City, KY 42330, United States. Glowcrest Lighting is its customer-facing online trading name, not a separate legal seller.

Products and territory

We sell the products described on the store only for delivery in the 48 contiguous United States. Disclosures on the product page form part of the sale contract.

Order process and contract formation

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order but not acceptance. A binding sale contract is formed when we send order acceptance or shipment confirmation, whichever occurs first. We may reject an order for the reasons stated in the Terms of Service.

Price, tax and payment

Checkout prices are in U.S. dollars, with applicable sales tax added where required. Payment is due when the order is submitted. If we find an obvious error before acceptance, we will seek confirmation at the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

Delivery and risk

Standard shipping is free and estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Risk of physical loss passes upon delivery to the address provided, except where law provides otherwise. Legal title passes when payment is received and delivery occurs.

Inspection and remedies

Inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly about missing, incorrect, damaged or defective goods. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund under law and our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

A return or exchange may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. We pay authorized return or exchange shipping costs. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days after receipt. See the Return and Refund Policy for the complete process and exceptions.

Manufacturer warranties

A manufacturer warranty, where offered, is additional to and does not replace rights against us as seller. Applicable warranty details appear with the product or listing.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If a charge appears incorrect, contact support@glowcrestlighting.com so we can investigate. This does not limit your right to contact your card issuer or payment provider.

Customer complaints

Send complaints to support@glowcrestlighting.com. We aim to acknowledge messages during the next business day and resolve concerns fairly. We do not currently appoint a private mediator; customers may still use any governmental, court or other dispute process available under applicable law.
